My name is Sister Fayza Aly. I am teaching level 1A Quranic reading. Please make sure students come to class with writing utensils.
In class we reviewed all the letters up to ض on page 11. We reviewed each letter with the short vowel sounds as well.
For homework, they are to trace the letters and write themselves on the 2 lines which I checked off in the book from pages 12-14 up to letter ق.
We will finish the alphabet review In Shaa Allah next week, followed by a quiz the following week.
Please note that each time the student completes their homework on time, they will receive a sticker. If they do not complete their homework on time, they will not get a sticker. They will be given chances in class to get more stickers. The top 5 students with the most amount of stickers will get a prize from me In Shaa Allah. Students got their first sticker today.
