Assalam O Alaikum Wa Rahma Thulla. In class we covered Unit A Chapter 4 that Allah Subhana-authallah is the loving one, Al- Wadood, He gave us everything we have today, without Allah, we would have been nothing. Then we went on to Unit A Chapter 5, which goes more in detail for Chapter 5 and alittle additions. Allah has given us gifts, which we call Ni’am(Plural- Ni’mah), These gifts are our eyes, our nose, our life in general, the honor of being a muslim, the gift of Rasulallah, the last and final prophet. Out of Asma ul husna, the 99 names of allah is al-hameed, the praiseworthy, he gave us all these ni’mah and blessing and at the end of the day we must do shukr, thanks to allah, we must do salat and namaz to to one and only lord. Saying alhamdullilah, make shukr for all these ni’mah, make thikr, dua to him. I told the class a saying of one of my teacher,” We talk to our Family, we talk to friends, we talk to or boss and co-workers, we sometimes even talk to the people we most hate, but the surprising and sad thing is, we do not talk and do shukr to our Creator, our provider, all merciful.” Allah give us the thouwfeekh to make dua, do make salaat and do shukr to him, and may allah protect us from all harm. Since, we have break for 2 Sundays, what the class can do over break is read and review all of Unit A and Unit B, Please parents take time from the day to sit with the kids and review this information, this knowledge that allah has blessed us with. Sometimes when parents or older sibling of the student read these books, the find out new information that is very useful and you did not know about. The day we come back from Sunday school, we will be doing the study guide. But please parents review this with your child so they can stay prepared in advanced and be successful in this exam. I will be assigning some pages from the textbook that will be graded and due on the day of the exam.. In the workbook, please do the following, page 15, 17, 19, 23,24,27,29,30, 32, 33, 35. These pages will be graded and due on the day of the exam. May Allah Subhnauthallah make these children successful not just in the test but in the rest of their life, May allah bless them with Ni’mah, and may allah give them knowledge, and a very long, and blessed life. Jazzakallah Khair, Assalam O Alaikum, Brother Ibraheem.
